We identify high quality market opportunities that align with our investment criteria. Each property then undergoes evaluation, financial viability, and planned exit strategies, ensuring it meets our exacting standards for long-term success.
We Find The Funding
We then conduct a financial stress test on each opportunity, assessing worst-case scenarios, planned exits to ensure its resilience and viability.
Once a deal meets the criteria, we l secure funding ensuring capital is deployed only into high-potential opportunities.
Payment
& Interest
We then, of course, agree terms before the investor commits to the investment.
Interest is then paid on the terms we mutually agree. For example, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly and so on.
Exit
At the end of the investment period, your initial capital can be reinvested in other opportunities to continue earning interest or you may opt for a full return of your funds whichever best aligns with your own financial goals.
